The Feather Hotel, Newport Beach, CA

Concept: The "Five Star" luxury hotel provides concierge services and amenities and is located in Southern California coastal communities. Ambiance of home from  "function to frills" catering to the savvy consumers while striving for perfection of product and marketing their well-known brand. Attracting guests from afar and local business meetings, social gathering, fine dining entertainment, and luxury residencies.

Programming:

First Floor: Management offices, Registration, 24 hour Concierge Services, Gift Shop, restrooms, Cafe Bakery Coffee shop, to the three level seating Entertainment lounge with an intimate piano, lobby multi-purpose open bar, central waterfall seating area (open to the 2nd floor), concluded with the evening bar and stage entertainment.

Second Floor: Meeting rooms, Conceirge Services, Luxury Salon & Spa, and main "Feather Restaurant". The restaurant includes a dining view of the central waterfall (open to the first floor), open public dining and private fine dining to banquet rooms; serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Third to Sixth Floors: The luxury is extended to the spacious residency floors in each of the standard to master guest suites. Incldued in the floor spaces are the bedrooms, vanity and bathrooms, fireplace living rooms, business desks (business internet technology services included) and dining rooms off the side of fully equipped kitchens.
